Meet some of Griswold Special Care’s newest Franchisees

Katherine McPherson- Winston Salem, NC

Katherine has an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and health promotion from Fort Hays State University and a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Kansas. After graduating, she worked for several hospitals. She worked as a student intern, exercise physiologist and then as a strategic planning manager for Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Katherine left Baptist Medical Center to join US Foodservice as a territory manager.  After 3 years in sales at US Foodservice, she is excited to combine her professional experiences into a successful business of her own. Katherine has a husband named John, and is exercise enthusiast who enjoys volleyball, the outdoors, kayaks, hiking.

Jose Ceballos – Arlington, TX

Jose has a very strong professional background, with management experience in operations/logistics for the United States Army, human resources for Adams Construction, and served as executive director for the Kentucky State Government. Most recently he served as an Administrator for Davita Inc. Jose received a master’s degree in human resource management at Hay’s State University, a master’s degree in public administration at Western Kentucky University, and became a certified Six Sigma-Green Belt at Villanova University. Jose is dedicated to providing the best care possible to clients while embracing our Griswold Special Care philosophy.

James McElwrath – New Braunfels, TX

Prior to joining Griswold Special Care James was an operations specialist with KBR Inc., a company which provides the logistics and transport of supplies and troops for the United States military in Iraq and Afghanistan. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanized agriculture from Texas A&M.  He has always had an interest in starting his own business and believes that even in today’s challenging economy; the homecare industry is a very promising business.  The New Braunfels office will service clients that live between San Antonio and Austin, Texas.

Justine, Rose and Jennine Money – Salisbury, DE

The family has chosen to start their own Griswold Franchise after working in multiple capacities in our Sussex, DE office. Prior to joining Griswold Special Care, Justin Money spent 27 years working as an Inventory Controller at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia. He recently worked as a caregiver and primarily on dementia patients. Rose Money worked as an RN in Saudi Arabia, primarily within the OBGYN department and most recently as a caregiver in the Sussex County office. Their daughter Jennine worked as a recruiter in the Sussex office and is working towards her bachelor’s degree in technical management.
